Korea’s sweetheart Park Bo-young is known for her diverse roles on the small screen and movies.

From box-office hit “Speed Scandal” in 2008, which took the starlet to stardom, to the most recent rom-com drama “Oh My Ghostess,” the 25-year-old has displayed mature acting prowess beyond her cute and innocent looks.

With her petit stature and lovable personality, she has also showed strong love chemistry with male coactors, making viewers’ heart flutter.

1. Jo Jung-suk

Recently, actor Jo Jung-suk and Park Bo-young have been at the center of attention after displaying love chemistry on tvN drama “Oh My Ghostess.” In the drama, Jo was an arrogant star chef who later falls for Park, whose personality changes after getting possessed by a virgin ghost. Jo became the lucky guy to shoot Park’s first-ever kiss scene on screen since her debut in 2006. Jo confessed in a recent TV program that Park was so cute that he could not stop smiling during the shooting.

2. Lee Min-ho

Before Park became famous, she starred in two dramas and a film with hallyu star Lee Min-ho. She made her acting debut in 2006 teen drama “Secret Campus” opposite Lee, who was also a rookie then. The two starred together in SBS drama “Mackerel Run” in 2007 and a comedy flick “Our School E.T.” in 2008. In 2011, when they met at an award ceremony to present an award together, Lee complimented Park that she is getting more beautiful. In response, Park said Lee has become more handsome.

3. Song Joong-ki

In the box-office hit “A Werewolf Boy” in 2012, Park played a lovely teenage girl who befriends a feral boy, played by Song Joong-ki. In the flick, the two don’t have a single conversation, but Park’s care for Song and his puppy-eyed looks and loyalty was all that needed for fulfilling viewers’ fantasy romance.

4. Lee Jong-suk

In 2014, Park starred with Lee Jong-suk in a teen romantic flick “Hot Young Bloods.” In the flick, Park played a female gang leader known for her tough personality, but has a secret crush on Lee, the biggest playboy in school.

5. Lee Kwang-soo

Park Bo-young and Lee Kwang-soo are starring in an upcoming film “Collective Invention,” which will hit the box office on Oct. 22. The two recently appeared at the Busan International Film Festival together, highlighting the height difference between the model-turned actor Lee and petit Park.
