As part of the show, the seven members will play various games and compete with each other, vying for the title as the final champion. The tournament will take place during the month of October and November.

Members B.I, Jinhwan and Chanwoo were the first ones to go on Sunday. The trio turned the camera on inside a moving vehicle after performing on the TV music program “Inkigayo,” where iKON nabbed the first spot.

“We weren’t expecting (to receive the award), so we were very surprised,” said B.I. “It was very honoring, but the time was running out so we didn’t have a chance to say thanks to you. Thank you ‘iKONIC’ (fan club). I love you.”

After thanking their fans, the game was on. Jinhwan served as a judge, while B.I and Chanwoo competed.

They played a Korean tongue-twister game where the contestant has to pronounce a word repeatedly while overemphasizing a single syllable of the word each time, and then the next, as fast as possible.

“I am really good at this game,” B.I said proudly. But in the first round, he lost to Chanwoo. They were planning to play a total of three rounds, but in the second round, B.I. lost again. So, without the last round, Chanwoo became the champion of the first tournament.

“We will continue to play more games,” said B.I. “So, stay tuned!” For the next tournament, the other members will appear on the show to play a different game, at an unannounced time and place.

Girl group AOA went on air two times on Sunday before and after their fan meeting in Seoul.

“Today is the first-ever fan meeting in Korea since we made our debut three years ago,” Jimin said while walking with the excited members to the stage. “For those who cannot come today, we will visit Taiwan and Hong Kong soon, so wait for us,” said Seolhyun.

“We tried not to cry,” said Seolhyun after the event. “It was a lot of fun today.”

“Thank you all for coming to the fan meeting and also tuning in with us on the V app,” said Hyejung and all the eight members said goodbye.

At 10 p.m., the special project duo Homme -- consisting of 2AM’s Changmin and 8eight’s Lee Hyun -- went live as they were practicing for their upcoming concert “Hommexit.”

They began the 20-minute show by performing their latest ballad “Let’s Not Cry,” which was released on Oct. 2. The duo also sang an array of songs, including their 2010 hit song, “Still Eating Well.”

“The reason why we are on the V app is to promote our new song and the upcoming concert,” said Lee. “We are preparing a lot,” said Changmin. Also during the show, BTS members made a surprise visit to the practice room with pizzas to cheer Homme.

Shinwoo of B1A4 appeared on the app at 11 p.m. for his second episode of “Shinwoo’s Amazing Radio,” where he read out different stories sent in from the fans and played song requests.

Also on Sunday, Red Velvet unveiled the behind-the-scenes footage of the band’s latest special V app broadcast series, while Jun Jin of Shinhwa went live during his fan-signing event. Earlier in the morning, BTOB members celebrated Ilhoon’s 21st birthday via the app.
