The woman holding hands with Big Bang member Seungri in the photograph released Thursday denied rumors of any relationship with him.

Local media earlier reported that Seungri spent time at a club in Taipei on Sept. 26, leaving the place at about 3 a.m. with a group of women following behind him.

The scene was captured in a photo where Seungri was seen holding hands with the woman.

There were rumors that she might be Seungri’s girlfriend or a prostitute.

The woman said, “Seungri invited me as an interpreter for his Taipei’s concert. I am nowhere close to being his girlfriend or a prostitute.”

She added, “I used to work for Seungri as an interpreter three or four years ago. Back then, I used to hang out with him but nothing happened. I never imagined this would matter only because we were spotted together in Taipei.”
