Six members of 2PM gathered together around midnight on Thursday to celebrate their seventh year anniversary of debut, which is Friday.

2PM made a surprise appearance on V app to share the moment of celebration with the fans and reminiscent on the past seven years.

“Let’s go back seven years and introduce ourselves,” said Taecyeon. “Hi, I am Taecyeon, who is known for good looks and heights.”

“I have attractive buttocks,” said Junho. “Hi, I am a farmer Chansung.”

“Seven years already, it’s amazing,” said Taecyeon. “I still remember our debut stage of Mnet’s “M! Countdown” at KBS 88 Gymnasium. We were the rookie group so no one knew about us. So we went there early at 6 a.m., in our matching stage outfits.”

The members decided to dance to their string of hit songs, but members forgot the dance moves to some songs, making their fans laugh.

Right before the clock struck midnight, the members went for a countdown. Exactly at 12 midnight, the members celebrated their anniversary with a song and blew the candles out on the cake together.

“Since Sept. 4, 2008, we have gone through a lot together, both good and bad,” said Jun.K. “We are really grateful to our fans who stayed with us during the times. Thank you! We will still work hard after seven years, 17 years and 27 years. You will be with us right?”

During the show, 2PM members surprised fans with the news of an upcoming fan meeting slated for Nov. 18. “Please, everyone come!” members asked the fans.

2PM, a boy band group managed by JYP Entertainment, made its debut with the hit single ”10 out of 10” on Sept. 4, 2008. The current members are Jun.K (formerly known as Junsu), Nichkhun, Taecyeon, Wooyoung, Junho and Chansung. Former leader Jay Park officially left the group in early 2010.
