K-pop singers from Cube Entertainment, including Beast, 4Minute, BTOB, G.NA and CLC, will perform in a joint concert in Shanghai, China.

The upcoming concert “BesTV Channel-M Cube Festival” will take place on Sept. 30 at the Shanghai Indoor Stadium. Part of the proceeds of the concert will go toward the victims of the recent deadly Tianjin blast.

“There was a heartbreaking tragedy in China,” Yeom Kyu-seok, president of Butterfly Media, a local entertainment agency organizing the concert, told the press on Tuesday. “When we were preparing for the concert, we heard about the news. All the participants decided to console the victims and their families (with the proceeds).”

“I think it will be a very meaningful experience to be on the stage with everyone,” said Nam Ji-hyun of 4Minute.

The concert, hosted jointly by three broadcasters -- Shanghai TV, Channel-M and BesTV -- will take place in Shanghai on Sept. 30 and head out to other Chinese cities.
