R&B duo Fly to the Sky aired their first show from Pinci Lounge, which Brian recommended to anyone visiting Korea. While talking to their fans who checked in from France, Singapore, Scotland, the Netherlands, Taiwan, Finland and more, the duo talked about their upcoming EP. “Our mini-album comes out on Sept. 14,” said Brian. “Fly to the Sky. Love and Pain. It’s a great song.” The duo also plugged their upcoming concert in October, and asked fans to subscribe to their new V channel.

Korean-American diva Ailee also began broadcasting on V app. She turned on the app at the headquarters of her entertainment agency YMC, where she said she was going to work on her upcoming album. While walking around the office, fans caught a glimpse of her label-mate Jessi of Lucky J who promoted her own channel starting Tuesday, and singer Eru.

There was also an hourlong Special Live session with FT Island’s Honggi, who showed fans around his studio, ordered in food, and sat in front of his computer for an impromptu singing session where he rocked out to songs from fellow FNC artists AOA, CN Blue, Juniel, and more.

Of course, artists who had already established themselves on V continued their shows as well. Monsta X aired Ep. 2 of their “Monsta X-File” from an F/W ad shoot for the clothing brand Litmus. Jooheon hosted the show, and walked around the set talking to the other members. They mentioned that they would be making their comeback on Sept. 7.

The Wonder Girls’ Yubin and Sunmi checked in for Ep. 4 of “You and Me,” guest starring Girls’ Generation. Yubin and Sunmi asked Girls‘ Generation about their styling for their latest album “Lion Heart.” Tiffany told them that Girls’ Generation’s retro look was inspired by different decades to match each member, while Sooyoung mentioned how she admired the Wonder Girls’ ability to change their makeup drastically for each new concept. The girls also talked about Girls’ Generation’s toned-down lip colors which included colors like “brick pink,” and how their hair got darker for “Lion Heart” after “Party.”

Girl’s Day’s Sojin was out once again along the Hangang River for the last episode of “Sozzi’s Return to 9000,” in which she talked to her fans about music that brought back memories. Although it was the last episode of “Sozzi’s Return to 9000,” Sojin promised that she will continue to make appearances on V app with her other members.

Kara came on V app from a dance rehearsal studio in Osaka, Japan, where they went for their fourth Karasia Tour. The girls used the time to dance around, sing “happy birthday” for member Youngji, and give a spoiler for their concert tour, saying that one song had been rearranged into a ballad.

CN Blue’s Minhyuk wrapped up the night with his show “Fall in Mr. Kang,” which took three tries to air because of poor Internet connectivity abroad. Kang talked with his fans, brought in his members to chat, and acted out some lines from dramas.

Additional footage came from Arirang TV’s After School Club and Showbiz Korea, while Younha released her music video for “Wasted” on V.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit www.vlive.tv.
