Girls’ Generation’s latest songs “Lion Heart” and “You Think” topped global music video charts Tuesday.

Lead track “Lion Heart” of the eponymous EP ranked first on the K-pop music video chart on YouTube for the week of Aug 17-23. Another hit track from the same album, “You Think,” followed in a close second place.

The two songs also topped China’s iQiyi music video chart and YinYueTai V chart, further proving the girl group’s popularity overseas.

The eight-member Girls Generation returned to the music scene with 12-track album “Lion Heart” last week. The band will perform “Lion Heart” onstage Friday on KBS music program “Music Bank.” The group will continue its promotion on MBC’s “Show! Music Core” on Saturday and SBS’ “Inkigayo” on Sunday.
