Singer-actor Park Yoo-chun of boy group JYJ has featured in magazine Marie Claire’s latest issue prior to his enlistment on Aug. 27.

Sporting a brown turtleneck pullover and a clean-cut suit with white contouring lines, the singer looked dandy. Along with his unkempt hair and strong gaze, he also exuded charisma.

When asked about his career as an actor, he said he had a rough going with a lead role in the movie “Haemoo (2014)” for which he won “Best New Actor” awards at numerous film festivals, saying he had to give it 200 percent to portray the character.

“It’s like I have a long overtime match ahead of me after the second half,” said Park with a smile, adding, “I have no fear though, since I believe the 2-year break will lead to something better.”

The fashion spread, including more of his photos and entire interview will be published in the magazine’s September issue and its official website (www.marieclaire.co.kr).
