The 20th episode of JTBC’s reality show “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator,” which aired July 20 marked 6.36% viewer rating, ranking highest amongst programs aired at the time slot, according to Nielson Korea.

The cooking competition show features six star chefs who show viewers how to cook simple yet delicious dishes from common ingredients in celebrities’ fridges.

Asia’s top singer BoA and Key from popular quintet SHINee were featured in the show, along with chef Oh Se-deuk who appeared on the show as a guest-chef.

In the latest episode, BoA’s fridge was uncovered, frightening the two emcees with a bunch of food way over the expiry date. One of the show’s hosts, Jung Hyung Don burst into laughter and said, “I found an ancient artifact,” when he unearthed some seed powder with an expiration date of 10 years ago.

Also, the singer confessed that she still does not enjoy eating vegetables since she was forced to eat only salads in a bid to cut down on calories in her teenage years.

Key also said he barely eats carbs to keep in shape, adding, “I once had gained 10 kilos. After then, I had to limit carb intake.”

Key’s fridge is due to be unveiled in the show’s next episode to be aired on July 21 at 9:40 p.m.
