American music magazine Billboard has praised K-pop boy group Super Junior’s new track “Devil” in its K-Town section on Friday.

In the article titled “Super Junior Show Off a Slick & Sexy Side in ‘Devil’ Video,” it notes, “Without a doubt, ‘Devil’ is Super Junior’s best single since 2011’s ‘Mr. Simple.’ The track details a love so complicated that it’s as if a demon is torturing you. ‘Devil’ is simply a slick and sexy pop track that feels not only appropriate for the veteran boy band, but like an upgraded, cooler version of the band.”

“There’s a cinematic theme going through the music video as movie credits scroll through the visual that give the visual a bit more of an epic, Hollywood feel,” it added.

The music video has attracted more than 43 million views on YouTube.

Super Junior is slated to participate in the “SMTOWN Live World Tour” in Osaka on July 25-26.
