Hollywood actor Tom Cruise will visit South Korea at the end of this month to promote the upcoming blockbuster “Mission: Impossible -- Rogue Nation,” Lotte Entertainment said Monday.

The fifth installment of the “Mission: Impossible” series, “Rogue Nation” will feature Ethan Hunt, played by Tom Cruise, and his secret agent partners fighting against an international terrorist group for the most impossible mission yet.

The 53-year-old actor will attend a press conference at the Intercontinental Hotel’s Grand Ballroom on July 30 at 11 a.m. and later attend a red carpet event on the ground floor of the Lotte World Mall at 6:30 p.m., where he will also greet fans.

This will be Tom Cruise’s seventh trip to Korea. He was last in Korea in 2013 to promote “Jack Reacher,” while also being granted honorary citizenship of Busan by the city’s mayor.
