SM stars heat up Japanese capital

K-pop singers from the SM Entertainment, Korea’s largest showbiz agency, charmed over 100,000 fans at the “SM Town Live World Tour IV in Japan Special Edition” at the Tokyo Dome in Japanese capital on Sunday and Monday.

The mega concert featured some of the hottest K-pop acts such as BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, EXO, f(x) and SHINee.

The singers put out a four-hour-long concert, consisting of 55 acts.

BoA and Girls’ Generation performed Japanese titles such as “Masayume Chasing” and “Catch Me If You Can,” respectively. SHINee and EXO each showcased hit numbers like “View” and “Love Me Right.”

Changmin, one half of duo TVXQ, sang the group’s popular songs with other singers because the other half Yunho was preparing for his upcoming military enlistment on July 21.

The “SM Town Live World Tour” will continue at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka on July 25-26.
