Hollywood action blockbuster “Termiator Genisys” trumped South Korean war film “Northern Limit Line” in box office rankings, data showed Monday.

The fifth installment in the science-fiction “Terminator” series, “Terminator Genisys” was released at more than 1,000 screens in South Korea on July 2. Over the weekend it sold 1,238,551 tickets, boosting its total sales to nearly 1.5 million tickets.

“Northern Limit Line” slid down to second place with its total sales reaching 3,232,544 tickets.

Third place went to “Jurassic World,” adding to its total, which now sits at 5,006,867 admissions.
