Tickets to actor Ji Chang-wook’s birthday party sold out within one minute of going on sale on July 2 at 8 p.m., according to Glorious Entertainment on Saturday.

According to the agency, “Many of his fans are very sorry to miss the tickets” for the birthday event to be held on July 25, the first fan meeting for local fans.

“He was also surprised to see the huge interest in the event. The event is fully prepared to meet the fans’ expectations,” the agency’s official said.

Tickets for the 28-year-old actor’s Japanese tour “THIS IS JCW,” his first fan meeting in Asia, also sold out in 10 minutes of going on sale.

The birthday party will be held at Olympic Park in Seoul on July 25.
