2PM tops Japanese music chart

K-pop boy band 2PM’s latest album ranked No. 1 on Japan’s Oricon chart on Wednesday.

Six-member band’s fifth full-length album “No. 5,” which was released on June 15, topped Oricon Weekly World Chart.

The latest album is composed of the lead track “My House,” a dance song written and composed by member Jun.K., and 11 other songs. The nine songs of the album are written and composed by the members.

Also, 2PM’s upcoming world tour concert DVD “Go Crazy in Seoul” already took up the first place on Tower Record Japan’s reservation chart, even before the release. The DVD includes 2PM’s Seoul concert last October and special interview clips with the members.
