Actors Kim Woo-bin and Go Soo are taking legal action against advertisers that have not paid them for their commercial contracts.

Kim is awaiting payment for an undisclosed sum that falls in between 50-100 million ($45,000-90,000), according to his agency.

“As people already known, Kim Won-bin has not been paid for his advertisement (contracts),” said Kim’s agency SidusHQ, Tuesday. “We are tackling with this issue together with the Korea Entertainment Management Association.”

SidusHQ is currently taking legal action to minimize further damages.

Go’s agency, BH Entertainment, also said, “As far as we know, there are many other affected management labels besides us.” BH Entertainment said they are hoping for a “speedy resolution” through the KEMA.

The KEMA has already filed a lawsuit against an offending advertiser in March, but decided to take further legal action since it has failed to rectify its practices.
