Just two episodes away from its conclusion, hit TV drama “The Producers” on Wednesday released photos collected from previous filming sessions.

“The Producers,” starring Kim Soo-hyun in the lead role, has reportedly piled up substantial revenue from commercials, sponsorships and overseas sales dating from before its premiere on May 15.

The photos from behind the scenes show the four main actors -- Kim Soo-hyun, Gong Hyo-jin, Cha Tae-hyun and IU -- conversing with each other while taking part in filming.

Kim was reportedly a jokester on set, while Cha became so comfortable that he wandered about the set “as if it were his home,” said broadcaster KBS.

Actress Gong was said to have closely consulted the script several times during shooting, while K-pop singer IU brightened the atmosphere with her lively personality.

“The Producers” has marketed itself as representing the real-life industry of television producers, though it faced criticism from industry insiders for its unrealistic and dramatized performances.

The final two episodes air on Friday and Saturday at 9:15 p.m.
