K-pop singer Luna, from girl group f(x), is temporarily taking the place of another K-pop singer, Sunny, as host of the radio music program “Sunny’s FM Date.”

Sunny, a member of Girls’ Generation, is currently engaged in work overseas, leaving her spot on the live radio show open.

Luna has filled in her spot since Wednesday and will continue to host the two-hour-long daily show until Friday, according to broadcaster MBC.

“Luna will encourage listeners on their way home with her distinctive bright image,” said MBC, Wednesday. “Luna recently showed off her vocal skills on the (variety) MBC TV program ‘King of Mask Singer’ and we are also looking forward to hearing her live.”

Luna will record the radio program for Thursday’s show at MBC Garden Studio in Sangam-dong, which can be viewed from outside by the public.

“Sunny’s FM Date” broadcasts Monday to Sunday from 8-10 p.m. on MBC FM4U (91.9MHz).
