BoA to guest star on 'Three Meals a Day,' rival show to 'The Producers'
K-pop singer BoA is reportedly the third guest star on the TV reality show "Three Meals a Day," which features 2PM singer Ok Taec-yeon and actor Lee Seo-jin as regulars.
The first guest on the weekly cooking program was Park Shin-hye, who starred in its second and third episodes on May 22 and 29. The third guest will be actor Ji Sung on Friday.
"BoA will appear in 'Three Meals a Day' next week," said an entertainment source, quoted by local media Tuesday.

BoA's invitation to "Three Meals a Day" is part of an ongoing rivalry between the show and "The Producers."
Before "Three Meals a Day" started broadcasting, producer Na Young-seok expressed "fears" about the anticipated competition, comparing "The Producers" to the record-breaking American blockbuster "Avengers 2."
"Three Meals a Day" outstripped the rival TV drama, which stars Kim Soo-hyun, as the most-watched program on Friday evening. It recorded a peak rating of 12.1 percent -- far above its 8.7 percent average -- surpassing "The Producers" rating of 11.2 percent.
"The Producers" rebounded on Saturday with its sixth episode, with a stunning national viewer rating of 22.9 percent. Both programs premiered on May 15.
"Three Meals a Day" is broadcast every Friday at 9:45 p.m., 30 minutes after "The Producers."
