Song made the donation toward life-saving supplies through UNICEF in Korea. His agency said Monday he made the "personal decision to help suffering Nepalese children and victims."

Song, who is currently enlisted for his mandatory military service, wished a swift recovery for those suffering from the quakes.

Song joins other Korean stars, including Kim Yun-a, Park Shin-hye and Lee Min-ho, who have donated toward helping the victims of the earthquakes.
