Korean actress Jun Ji-hyun made a red carpet appearance Saturday at the 68th Cannes Film Festival in France wearing a Gucci gown.

Jun appeared at the Cannes Classic section, which is dedicated to heritage films and is partly funded by Gucci this year.

She showed up to the screening of 1960 Italian film "Rocco e i Suoi Fratelli (Rocco and His Brothers)," arm-in-arm with Gucci CEO Marco Bizzarri.

Jun was wearing a sumptuous mauve and taupe gown, tightened with a black ribbon around her waist.

The sleeveless, shimmering dress was specially designed by Gucci’s creative director Alessandro Michele for the event.

Jun also wore droplet earrings and rings, in a pink gold set with diamonds, by premium jewelry brand Chiodo.

Jun, 33, is the current face of Gucci's fashion accessories in Asia.

The actress shared the red carpet with other stars such as Princess Charlotte Casiraghi of Monaco, actress Salma Hayek Pinault and her husband French businessman Francois-Henri Pinault, and Puerto Rican actor Benicio del Toro.

Jun is scheduled to remain in Cannes for about four days as a fashion representative for Gucci.
