K-pop boy band Big Bang’s latest singles are dominating the local music charts for the second straight week.

The five-member group -- consisting of G-Dragon, T.O.P., Taeyang, Daesung, Seungri -- released its EP “M,” consisting of two tracks “Loser” and “Bae Bae,” on May 1. The songs topped the music charts immediately after the release and as of Thursday, “Loser” ranked No.1 spot on three major charts -- Melon, Genie and Bugs -- while “Bae Bae” followed in a close second place.

The latest songs are part of the project album “MADE,” which brought the popular K-pop idol group back on the music scene after a three-year hiatus. The first EP, “M” took the first alphabet of the project name.

The band will release “A” on June 1 which will be followed by “D” and “E” on July 1 and Aug. 1, respectively.
