South Korean actor So Ji-sub will make a cameo appearance in the much-anticipated TV series “Agreeably Warm,” local media reported Thursday.

The actor reportedly accepted a personal call from script writers Hong Sisters partly because he had worked with the duo in the drama “Master’s Sun” in 2013, playing opposite actress Gong Hyo-jin as a prickly heir of a conglomerate.

The drama’s viewership reached as high as 21.8 percent, according to Nielsen Korea.

“Agreeably Warm,” starring actress Kang So-ra and actor Yoo Yeon-suk in the leading roles, will air every Wednesday and Thursday from May, following the conclusion of “Angry Mom.”
