Psy, who created a YouTube sensation with his “Gangnam Style” music video, will show off his talent at college festivals across the nation in May, YG Entertainment said Tuesday.

Psy will take “reasonable fee” for his performances at around 20 universities around the nation, taking it as a new starting point as a musician, his label said.

“Psy was under pressure because of the overnight success of ‘Gangnam Style.’ Due to the overburdening thought that he has to continue his own legacy, he was unable to produce new albums,” said Yang Hyun-suk, CEO of YG Entertainment. “I told Psy to ‘let everything down and write songs comfortably as the true bad-ass you are.’”
