Veteran singer Baek Ji-young will hold a concert in the Philippines next month, her agency Music Works said Friday.

The upcoming event, titled “Baek Z Young CLOSE UP 2015,” marks her first exclusive concert in the country since her debut in 1999.

The 38-year-old plans to perform a string of her long-running hit songs including “Like Being Hit by a Bullet,” “I won’ Love” and “My Ear Candy.”

She will also perform “Because of you,” the soundtrack for the SBS drama “Hyde, Jekyll, Me” live for the first time at the concert. It swept local music charts such as Bugs, Soribada, Naver Music and Monkey upon its release.

The concert will take place on April 15 at Newport Art Performing Theater in Manila.
