K-pop idol group Apink on Tuesday was featured on fashion magazine Cosmopolitan's website through photos and an interview, ahead of its first set of concerts, "Pink Paradise," to be held next week.

The members of Apink, which won 20 music awards last year, were pretty in pastels in the accompanying fashion editorial. Their outfits were cotton candy pink, cornflower blue and cream.

In another photo, the "slender fairies" sported a more grunge look, as they reclined on a sofa wearing sheer black dresses.

"It's important to gain onstage performance experience. That's why we always wanted to hold our own concert. After we complete our concert in Korea, (we) want to go on a tour abroad as well," band leader Cho-rong said.

"Following our success with the (award-winning single) 'Mr. Chu,' we gained popularity, but (I) still think not many people know us. (We) want to gain more experience and showcase more varied performances."

The six members also said they wanted to cowrite their own songs and cement their own artistic style.

The "Pink Paradise" concerts will take place on Jan. 30 and 31.
