BamBam, a member of the K-pop boy band GOT7, expressed his gratitude to his bandmates on Wednesday.

“It is a shame that we could not be together today, but thank you for performing brilliantly on stage. I was so touched. GOT7, I love you!” BamBam wrote on Instagram along with a photo.

The photo features five members of GOT7, except BamBam and Yugyeom, on the red carpet ahead of the 29th Golden Disc Awards.

BamBam and Yugyeom could not make it to the event, held in Beijing, after failing to obtain the visa to enter China.

At the event, GOT7 captured two honors -- the China Good Will Award and New Artist Award.

The two-day award ceremony will continue on Thursday, with the winners for the major honors to be decided.

Started in 1986, the annual Golden Disc Awards has broadened its presence as South Korea’s representative music awards.
