JYJ draws Japanese concert tour to close

K-pop idol band JYJ brought its Japanese concert tour to a successful close, drawing 250,000 fans, C-JeS Entertainment said Friday.

The trio held the live concert tour “2014 JYJ Japan Dome Tour” around major Japanese cities, starting in Tokyo in November.

JYJ ended the tour on Wednesday with the last performance in Fukuoka.

Before the three-hour show began on Christmas Eve, the boys heated up the atmosphere, saying “We will use up all our energy. Are you ready to enjoy?”

During the show, JYJ first unveiled its upcoming EP “Wake Me Tonight.”

“We are so happy that we hope time stops here. We will never forget these memories,” said JYJ members during the closing of the show.

JYJ’s Japanese EP “Wake Me Tonight” will be released on Jan. 21.
