Behind-the-scenes images of actor Lee Jong-suk and actress Park Shin-hye’s kiss scene in “Pinocchio” were revealed Sunday.

The two kiss tearfully in the drama’s 11th episode, broadcast last Wednesday. They have to end their romantic relationship even though they still have feelings for one another.

The pictures show the two actors looking cute and charming before their serious and emotional scene.

“Lee and Park are always energetic and playful on the set, making the staff members laugh and enjoy the filming. Although the two are participating in many emotional scenes nowadays, they are still keeping their brightness,” an official of the drama production team was quoted as saying.

The rom-com is about a man who lives under a fake name and a woman who cannot lie because she has the rare condition “Pinocchio syndrome.” It airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 10 p.m. on SBS.
