TVXQ returns to top

K-pop band TVXQ regained its top position on Oricon chart with its new EP “Time Works Wonders,” released on Nov. 5.

According to the data from Oricon, the group’s single sold 4,362 albums just on Sunday.

The boy group also recorded 72,322 sales on the day of its new EP release, entering in the second place on Oricon chart. The album includes “Time Works Wonders” and “Baby Do Not Cry.”

Also, TVXQ’s seventh album, “TREE,” which was released on Nov. 3, recorded about 225,000 sales in first week. This is the first time for a foreign group in Japan to have exceeded 200,000 sales in the first week for three albums straight.

Separately, the group will hold its special live tour, “TVXQ! SPECIAL LIVE TOUR - T1ST0RY - ” at Seoul Olympic Gymnasium on Dec. 6-7.
