Korean hit Web drama “Love Cell” will be distributed to the U.S. market, officials said Friday.

The drama’s production company Sidus HQ said it recently signed a distribution contract with U.S. online streaming site DramaFever.

With 220 million viewers, DramaFever is the largest streaming site with Asian content. Launched in 2009, the website offers various content from about 70 major broadcasters and production companies.

“Love Cell” will be streamed both in North America and South America, the company added.

The hit drama, which premiered Sunday, depicts a romance between a top female star and a man who has never dated a woman.

With an A-list cast including Kim Woo-bin, Jang Hyuk, Kim Yoo-jung and Nam Ji-hyun, it has already drawn more than 1.4 million viewers as of Friday afternoon. It is anticipated to break a record in viewership.

The Web drama can be viewed at 12 a.m. every night in weekdays on Naver TV Cast.
