2NE1’s Sandara Park and CL have become cosmetics market rivals.

The recent battle started as each member simultaneously appeared in mascara commercials for different brands.

In the ads, Sandara Park promoted CLIO’s Salon De Cara, which was inspired by the hair salon’s brush. Wearing hair rolls, she emphasized the way the product adds volume to the eyelashes.

On the other hand, CL featured in the ad for Maybelline’s Mega Eyes Mascara. The sexy diva wooed customers with intensely mascaraed eyes and a chic and charismatic appeal.
