The crisp white fabric of doctor’s gowns have always managed to make women jittery. SHINee’s Onew stands in line as the next Dr. Feelgood for his role in upcoming drama--“Descendants of the Sun.”

His role in the pre-produced drama will be a first-year resident in a cardiothoracic surgery with bright and hopeful personality.

The producers complimented the singer on his acting, saying, “We even forgot Onew didn’t carry in-depth experience in acting--his role will spice-up the story with humor.”

“Descendants of the Sun” will air on Wednesdays and Thursdays on KBS2 starting on Feb. 24.
