The first teaser image for actors Park Hae-jin and Kim Go-eun’s upcoming tvN rom-com “Cheese in the Trap” was revealed Wednesday.

Shooting for the drama began more than a month ago, so that the first half of the show will be produced in advance while the other half is filmed as it progresses.

“The two have grown very close during filming. Please look forward to the sweet chemistry and the synergy Park and Kim will create,” a person related to the production said.

In the college romance, Park acts a reputable corporate heir Yoo Jung, who is known to be helpful and cordial. Kim’s character Hong Seol, however, sees through his plastered smile and senses an inscrutable manipulative side to him.

“Cheese in the Trap” premieres on Jan. 4.
