Big Bang’s latest single “Bae Bae” attracted more than 10 million views on YouTube, Thursday, demonstrating the Korean K-pop group’s explosive popularity worldwide.
Big Bang’s soaring record, achieved in just six days since the goup’s much-anticipated release, is likely to get a fresh momentum as YG Entertainment unveiled a short extra clip featuring Taeyang.
In the clip, Taeyang is seen lying on the laps of a Caucasian model, munching on “chap-ssal-ddeok,” or Korean glutinous rice cake.

In the music video of “Bae Bae,” singers keep chanting “chap-ssal-ddeok,” referring to the connection between the sticky Korean snack and lovers’ tight relationship.
Another music video clip of a different Big Bang member will be uploaded on YG’s blog on Thursday at 9 p.m.
Big Bang’s other title “Loser” is marking nearly 13 million views on YouTube.
