Suho of K-pop boy band EXO displayed his English skills in India during a recent episode of the travel reality show “News Report Reality: Exciting India.”

On the first episode, which was aired last Friday, Suho’s mission was to visit the Korean Embassy in Mumbai to become an Indian correspondent for the KBS2 news program. He was joined by other K-pop stars, including Changmin (TVXQ), Kyuhyun (Super Junior), Minho (SHINee), Jonghyun (CNBLUE) and Sunggyu (INFINITE) to report on the possibility of an Indian expansion of K-pop.

In order to get to the embassy and meet the consul general to receive tips, the group had to ask different people in English for directions.

While other members of the group hesitated and tried to use a translator to communicate, Suho spearheaded the group and talked to a security guide at the embassy in English. Finally, they were able to meet the consul general and receive the information they needed to complete the mission.

The KBS2 program “News Report Reality: Exciting India” will hit the airwaves at 9:30 p.m. on Friday for the next four weeks.
