Luhan, a former member of K-pop group EXO wrote on Chinese social media Weibo Saturday that he is sorry to leave a Lunar New Year TV program midway.

Luhan wrote, “It was a pleasure to experience the rehearsals. Frankly, I’m sorry I couldn’t participate until the end. It seems that I have been a nuisance to everyone.”

“I’m thankful for everything I have gone through. I’ll put in more effort for the next job, and I believe tomorrow will be even brighter. Watch the Lunar New Year show with your families.”

More than 568,000 fans liked his post.

Luhan and his fellow Chinese EXO member Kris had to leave the program following a lawsuit filed by SM Entertainment, their previous management company.

The two former EXO members claim they received discriminatory treatment from the South Korean label because of their foreign nationality, while SM says the two violated an exclusive contract to pursue personal profits.
