K-pop idol band Big Bang’s Japanese concert tour drew to a successful close on Sunday, with the final show held in Osaka.

More than 740,000 concertgoers flocked to its 15 shows held in five major Japanese cities over the past two months.

The five-member group kicked off the dome tour “BIG BANG JAPAN DOME TOUR 2014-2015 ‘X’” in Nagoya on Nov. 15 to mark five years of its debut.

Following the first show, the boys moved on to Osaka, Fukuoka, Sapporo and Tokyo, enthralling Japanese fans with creative and passionate performances.

During the three-hour final show in Osaka, the quintet performed some 20 hit tracks including “Fantastic Baby,” “Bad Boy,” and its subunit GD X TAEYANG’s “Good Boy.”

“It was a shame that Big Bang did not present you with new performances last year, but we promise to come back with a new album as soon as possible,” Big Bang leader G-Dragon told the fans.

Although Big Bang announced its plan to release a new album, the exact date has yet to be confirmed.
