A love triangle finally touched off in the SBS medical series “Doctor Stranger,” involving Lee Jong-suk and the two heroines, Kang So-ra and Jin Se-yeon.

In the 12th episode, aired on Tuesday, Han Seung-hee (played by Jin Se-yeon) found herself disturbed as she spotted Oh Soo-hyun (Kang So-ra) smiling happily while talking about Park Hoon (Lee Jong-suk),

When with Park, Oh becomes her true self, freeing herself from her official persona as an elite doctor and illegitimate daughter of the hospital owner. Han is full of anxiety because Oh becomes defenseless before Park.

Thanks to the romantic tensions from the Oh-Lee-Han love triangle, “Doctor Stranger” hit an 11.5 percent audience rating on Tuesday, topping its rival Monday-Tuesday shows, research firm Nielsen Korea reported.

“Doctor Stranger” is a romantic medical drama, starring Lee Jong-suk as Park Hoon, who was kidnapped to North Korea with his medical guru father and flees to the South after losing his father and one-and-only girlfriend Song Jae-hee, played by Jin Se-yeon.
